Since beginning my journey in training & development, my dedication to create motivating and engaging learning experiences has led me to exceptional projects and experiences.
I’m grateful for these, but nothing has taught me more about the power of engagement than my 4-year-old daughter - how to get people (regardless of their age) to feel involved and participate in tasks that might not always be appealing?
As Mary Poppins said - in every job that must be done, there is an element of fun! How to create fun, happy, and safe cultures at work where everyone can contribute? Reflecting on my personal journey and continued insights, I am excited to apply my passion for people development, and twenty years of corporate and start-up experience to help organizations build healthy, engaged, and sustainable people eco-systems.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing, traveling, and getting away from everything to be one with nature.
